Introduction


Exercise has always been a huge portion of my life. As a soccer player, I am really familiar with 
running. Therefore, running is the most basic and effective fitness.
When I envision running, I fall into one of two categories. Either I want to run or I don’t like to run. 
Nevertheless, I still choose to go outside to run. What make me run when I do not feel like running? It 
is that the benefits of running outweigh the hatred.

The most common reason people go out to run is to manage their weight. Running is very helpful to 
who try to lose their weights. Therefore, running prevents people from future muscle and bone loss. 
When I think about the book “Born to run” after thinking about all the benefits that running has, it is not
hard to realize that running is one of the effective exercise there is.
